Enjoy expert instruction as you get in a nice Saturday sweat! Following class, enjoy live music with a spritz and lite bites in our courtyard! Whether you’re a seasoned barre enthusiast or new to the practice, this is designed for all fitness levels. So bring your mat, water, towel, friends, and join us for a morning of fitness and fun!
