Pét-Nat? What’s that?!
October 21 @ 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm

| Short for Pétillant Naturel (French for “naturally sparkling”), it’s the original, low-intervention way to make bubbly.
Instead of a complex second fermentation like Champagne, the wine gets bottled right in the middle of its first active fermentation. The natural grape sugars finish converting into bubbles directly inside the bottle. Sealed under a simple crown cap, it yields an easy-drinking, raw sparkler that’s crisp, refreshing, and wild in the best way possible. In a way…it’s kind of like the kombucha of wine. And it’s our absolute favorite around here. Join us as we explore 5 of our favorite Pét-Nats on Wednesday, October 21 at 5:30pm For $45 + tax, you’ll enjoy the following featured wines, plus seasonal hors d’oeuvres: Reserve online, payment due at event. We can’t wait to see you! |
