Chef’s Table Series: A Spring Night Under The Lights

Join Executive Chef Colin McGowan and Chef de Cusine Cole Fitzgerald for a unique six-course culinary experience under the lights on the Courtyard at The Hamilton Hotel Alpharetta. Each course will be paired with an exceptional wine from our sommelier, Emily James.

$99 Early Bird Special (April 24th-May 5th), then prices will increase to $139⁠. ⁠

FIRST COURSE:
Linguine and Clams
garlic, calabrian chili, herbs

SECOND COURSE:
Redfish
spring vegetable vignarola

THIRD COURSE:
Lacquered Quail
fermented pepper lacquer, “red beans and rice”

FOURTH COURSE:
Grilled Pork Shank
chicharrón, braised greens

FIFTH COURSE:
Pan Roasted Venison Loin
variations of english peas, morel mushroom, mint pistou

SIXTH COURSE:
“Peach Cobbler”
macerated peaches, chamomile ice cream, brown butter crumble
