Hector Rosellon Jr is a Mexican-American saxophonist based in Atlanta, Georgia, known for a sound that’s grounded in straight-ahead and modern jazz with deep Latin roots. His debut release, Inspirations, showcases his emerging voice. Rosellon is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Performance at the Bailey School of Music, where he continues to develop his improvisation and creativity. He has studied and worked with respected artists, including Samuel Skelton, John Benitez, Ryan Devlin, and Benny Benack III. Led by saxophonist Hector Rosellon Jr., his quartet presents music that feels intimate yet inspiring. His taste can be applied to many. He comes up with arrangments for jazz standards that make them fresh.
