Comprised of Longineu Parsons on trumpet and a smokin’ hot band, this is a one-night course in music appreciation. Parsons is the protégé of Nat Adderley (he plays Nat’s cornet), and has played with artists ranging from Philly Joe Jones and Nancy Wilson to Sun Ra.
