The Basics of Culinary 5-week course

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, happening 5 times
Class time is 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Our Basics of Culinary classes are more immersive than the standard hands-on class.
This class is for adults 18 years of age and older only. No children allowed unless otherwise specified.
This five-part series is for everyone from the beginner cook to the experienced foodie. Each week our chefs will take you on a different culinary journey. We will focus on preparing full menus utilizing a variety of kitchen and cooking techniques. Every class will end with a great meal to be shared with your fellow students.
