Slow Flow through the Chakras w/ Heiða Halldórsdóttir

This class will briefly introduce the Chakras, followed by a soft flow, with 3-5 poses for each Chakra along with breathing practices.
Meditation will focus on opening and clearing each of the main 7 Chakras. Resulting in balanced physical, emotional, and mental bodies.
