Hearty Homemade Pasta

One taste and you’ll see why homemade pasta is worth the effort. In this class, we will teach you essential pasta techniques—from mixing and rolling dough to cutting pappardelle noodles and filling ravioli. We will simmer a hearty and rich pork shoulder ragu while we fill our ravioli with a creamy mix of Italian cheeses. Then to round out the meal, we’ll put together an autumn kale salad topped with handmade croutons.
