Join us for a free all levels vinyasa flow class located in the Crabapple Government Center Gymnasium.
Here are safety protocols created by the City of Alpharetta & Lift Yoga:
⚡️No congregating- please come to your mat and stay 6′ apart from other people
⚡️Masks are required (okay to be removed once you’re on your mat)
⚡️Hand sanitizer will be provided at the sign in sheet.
⚡️Bring your own mat & water.
