We love how Julia Child made classical French cooking accessible to everyone. Following her lead, our instructor will teach you techniques for mastering some of Julia’s most popular recipes. Practice searing a pepper-crusted steak, infusing mashed potatoes with garlic and whipping egg whites for a quintessential French dessert: vanilla soufflé. Bon appetit!
