Ayurveda and Emotional Well-Being- How Emotions Affect Our Health with Victoria Telychko

Ayurveda recognizes that emotional well-being is one of the fundamental pillars of health. It is as important as optimal nutrition, restful sleep, meditation, mindful movement, as well as living in sync with biological rhythms.
In this workshop, we will explore our core emotional needs, happiness, the nature of emotions and their relationship with our mind-body type.
We will learn about conscious communication, and talk about tools for clearing toxic emotional pain which can deplete our vitality and cause disease in the body.
Conscious Communication Word List handouts will be offered to all attendees.
